As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of products, as well as coordinating with our receiving team to arrange products in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage the receipt and processing of products
  • Communicate and coordinate with the receiving team to arrange products in the warehouse
  • Track and validate the receipt of products with the receiving team
  • Ensure timely closure of receipts
  • Verify and correct receipts against expected quantities
  • Track and report discrepancies in receipts (notify the SAC team of missing or surplus items)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily objectives to team members
  • Resolve most employee issues
  • Validate and identify employee training needs
