Job Title: Partner Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our Partnerships team at Rewind. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding our ecosystem of partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partners and expand existing relationships
- Manage partner relationships, training, and enablement to ensure partner-sourced revenue targets are achieved
- Identify potential partners and decision-makers that fit Rewind's partner profile
- Conduct targeted outreach to schedule meetings and engage existing and potential partners
- Manage and contribute to building systems that scale Rewind partnerships
- Closing, onboarding, training, and supporting new partners to drive partner-sourced revenue
- Providing day-to-day support for partners to help sell, evaluate, and support Rewind services
- Monitoring and exceeding assigned KPIs (partners acquired, partner-sourced revenue, and partner-influenced revenue)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of SaaS experience in partnerships, sales, or customer-facing roles with a track record of consistently exceeding assigned revenue targets
- Outstanding written and verbal communications, presentation, and delivery skills
- Experience creating and delivering remote presentations
- Ability to travel internationally
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Partnerstack, Salesloft, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong systems-level thinking across sales, product, and marketing
- Experience building and leading new partnerships from acquisition through management
