Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Strategic Partner Manager to enhance our Partnerships team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Partnerships and will be tasked with establishing essential partnerships that will drive growth within our Atlassian and DevOps sectors.

The offerings in this area, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, Github, and Azure DevOps, represent significant growth potential for our organization.

There exists a substantial opportunity to leverage ongoing cloud migration trends that are prompting partners to engage with Rewind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partner relationships, providing training and enabling partner teams to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop relationships with key software vendors and their account managers.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to enhance Rewind's partner program infrastructure within the DevOps, Atlassian, and Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Identify and engage potential partners and decision-makers that align with Rewind's partner profile.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to schedule meetings and foster relationships with prospective partners.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable systems for Rewind partnerships.
  • Onboard, train, and support new partners to drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Expand relationships with partners to boost leads and market share, collaborating with marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams.
  • Provide daily support to partners in selling, evaluating, and supporting Rewind services.
  • Assist partners and their clients with quotes and proposals for Rewind services.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of direct SaaS partner and/or sales experience, ideally with 2+ years in the Atlassian and DevOps ecosystem.
  • Experience in delivering remote presentations and proficiency in building and presenting via virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Partnerstack, Salesloft, Excel, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A proven track record in establishing and leading new partnership programs.
