  • Client Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Client Transactions: Handle payment processing for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with medical staff and technicians to ensure smooth client flow and address any issues that arise.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding service with strong interpersonal skills.
