Essential Qualifications and Experience
  1. Q1: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred; however, a combination of education and relevant experience may be acceptable.
  2. Q2: At least 15 years of proven experience in Information Management/Information Technology, with a focus on Project Management.
  3. Q3: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  4. Q4: Availability to commence work as required.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  1. P1: Proven track record in managing large-scale, intricate projects that span various business units and organizations, addressing both business transformation and technical challenges (10 years+).
  2. P2: Demonstrated expertise in communication planning, coordination, and execution, including presentations to diverse stakeholders (10 years+).
  3. P3: Experience in implementing project management methodologies. Examples of frameworks utilized in previous roles are encouraged.
  4. P4: Details of any recognized Project Management certifications are welcome.
  5. P5: Experience as a Project Manager within the context of provincial health applications (1 year+).
  6. P6: Familiarity with privacy and security principles related to Personal Health Information Protection in a provincial setting.
