About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with internal departments to understand their talent needs. You will also play a crucial role in improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with our company's long-term goals.
- Talent Management: Supervise, motivate, and evaluate a team of recruiters to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Candidate Experience: Implement initiatives to optimize candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
- Process Improvement: Lead projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Over ten years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within a dynamic and competitive market. At least two years of experience in team management.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and proficiency in French.
- Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design and implement new ideas to improve processes and practices.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
