Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Post Apotheke Kassel. This is a unique opportunity to lead the strategic growth of our organization by developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with internal departments to understand their talent needs. You will also play a crucial role in improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with our company's long-term goals.
  • Talent Management: Supervise, motivate, and evaluate a team of recruiters to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Candidate Experience: Implement initiatives to optimize candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Process Improvement: Lead projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Over ten years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within a dynamic and competitive market. At least two years of experience in team management.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and proficiency in French.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design and implement new ideas to improve processes and practices.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
