Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Store Manager to lead our Dartmouth and Halifax stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, manage costs, and maintain profitability.
- People: Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Post-secondary education in Business or Retail Management.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000-$62,000 per year.
