About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the company's standards.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Control
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always well-stocked and that stockroom is organized and tidy.
    • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
    • Manage store administration, including payroll, scheduling, and employee benefits.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
