Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 3282541 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring our store remains competitive and appealing to customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom management.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Language: English.
