Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 3282541 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and overseeing payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
