Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
