Job Title: Care Manager

At Cogir Immobilier, we are seeking a skilled Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and control activities related to the provision of care and well-being of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations for private seniors' residences.
  • Act as an intermediary for external stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare organizations.
  • Proactively assist and support residents, adhering to standards and legislation.
  • Provide a range of nursing care and treatments to maintain and restore residents' health.
Requirements:
  • Degree in nursing (DEC) or professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance or nursing.
  • Experience in personnel management and leadership.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • Member of the OIIAQ.
  • Experience in caring for elderly or loss of autonomy clients (an asset).
