Job Title: Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to join our team at Marie Care. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, household management, and companionship to our clients. This is a live-in position, which means you will be living with our clients in their home and providing 24/7 care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with household management, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Provide companionship and social support to our clients
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with exercise and physical activity
Requirements:
  • Geriatric Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
