Job Title: Care Manager

At Cogir Immobilier, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and control activities related to the provision of care and the well-being of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations for the certification of private seniors' residences.
  • Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare organizations.
  • Proactively assist and support residents, their families, and friends.
  • Provide a range of nursing care and treatments to maintain and restore residents' health and prevent illness.
  • Respond to emergency situations and adhere to standards and legislation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in nursing (DEC) or a professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance or nursing.
  • Experience in personnel management and a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • Member of the OIIAQ and experience in caring for elderly or loss of autonomy clients (an asset).
  • Focused on results and a thirst for excellence.
