Job Title: Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-in Caregiver to join our team at Marie Care. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Geriatric Certificate or Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility.
Work Environment:

Our clients live in urban areas, and the work environment is non-smoking. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Room and board are provided.

Language:

English or French is required.
