Job Title: Specialty Care Territory Manager

At LEO Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Care Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our dermatology products to healthcare professionals and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, general practitioners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize product sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and patient support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record of success in complex markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacy.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting and travel within and external to assigned territory.
