Join Our Team as a Junior/Intermediate Real Estate Appraiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Intermediate Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Antec Appraisal Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing appraisal reports, conducting research, and collecting data to support our clients' investment decisions.

About the Role:

  • Prepare appraisal reports using the latest market information and data analysis techniques.
  • Develop cash flow projections and conduct research to support appraisal reports.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal databases and third-party providers.
  • Perform property inspections and collaborate with senior staff to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related field, such as Business, Geography, or Urban Development.
  • Eligible to become a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics.
