About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Leader to oversee the real estate portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, and leading the real estate team in executing transactions, managing assets, and developing real estate strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate leadership, and be able to lead a team to complete a deal from requirement through lease execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain real estate strategies that support long-term business objectives
  • Provide strategic recommendations and implement real estate plans with an understanding of GHD's strategic real estate goals
  • Manage the real estate function throughout GHD's Americas region, supporting the regional business to provide efficient and productive real estate solutions
  • Develop and present relevant real estate portfolio reporting to senior management and provide regular status reporting to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across and at all levels in the organization and external to the business to deliver the optimum real estate outcome

Requirements

  • Knowledge of real estate leasing practices
  • Ability to work independently, assess priorities and manage a variety of activities while collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people
  • Understands how to review, analyze and interpret financial analysis templates including cash flow projections and NPV analyses
  • Be well-organized, detail oriented and have strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
