Food Store Manager

North Star Subs Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient ordering processes.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to company standards.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
