Job Title: Audio & Video Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio & Video Coordinator to join our team at Dentsu Media. As a key member of our media operations team, you will play a critical role in the coordination of our media buying process and contribute to the day-to-day management of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of media presentations and tactical POV's that meet client campaign goals.
  • Ensure key information is provided to the media operations and media planning teams throughout the campaign activation and maintenance process.
  • Support strong working relationships with vendors to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Support the negotiation process for approved media buy activations.
  • Conduct research and development of media measurements to optimize campaign performance.
  • Support the media operations team with client financials, including budget reconciliation and budget management.
  • Contribute to strategizing ways to improve and optimize campaign performance to meet client KPIs.
  • Assist with client reporting commentary that is easy to understand and compelling.
  • Enter key client information into media buy systems.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong to advanced level MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for priority management and ability to organize ideas logically.
  • Knowledge of broadcast industry tools is considered a strong asset.
