We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Intermediate Social Media Videographer to join our team at DECIEM. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing elevated video content for social media across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative video content strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to plan and execute video content campaigns.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics, effects, and other post-production elements into videos.
  • Prepare and present storyboards to the social media manager and head of video production.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in the content creation and beauty industry to pitch innovative ideas.
  • Assist in managing community management accounts within Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in video editing is required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Proficiency with all video equipment, including DSLRs, professional film cameras, lighting, microphones, and audio equipment.
  • Strong understanding of audio, color, cinematography, video framing approach, and theory.
