Rasovara Sweets and Restaurant Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional results. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory, as well as analyzing operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and kitchen operations.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will be a strong communicator and team player, able to work effectively with our front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be able to demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to our cooking staff, and to create new recipes that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
