Executive Chef

East Tea Can is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, specialist chefs, and sous-chefs
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Recruit and hire staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
