As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mentorship programs pairing newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
