Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the kitchen is running efficiently and effectively
- 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:The primary language of communication in the kitchen is English.
Work Hours:The Executive Chef will work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required during peak periods.
