In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer-facing projects, ensuring that solutions are designed, developed, tested, and deployed within customer expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, develop strategies, and drive execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities. A solid understanding of project management fundamentals, combined with experience working in fast-paced environments, is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement best practices in project management, ensuring adherence to defined processes and standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones and dependencies.
  • Determine clear deliverables and roles/responsibilities for assigned team members.
  • Secure necessary resources to execute project plans efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal architect, engineering, and design teams, as well as external customer technical teams, to ensure optimal solutions are selected and developed.
  • Drive project execution, tracking delivery, managing change, and resolving blockers proactively.
  • Oversee daily tasks of assigned team members, ensuring all personnel are working towards established milestones.
  • Conduct regular meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and resolve issues.
  • Prepare periodic updates and status reports for various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Manage UAT and production releases, as well as project handover to operational support teams.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and process improvement within the Global Delivery Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Information, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technical/software development environments, with exposure to Product Engineering teams and BSS/OSS development/integration.
  • Deep understanding of foundational Project Management processes, strategies, tools, and methods.
  • Familiarity with service-oriented and digital technologies to understand inter-dependencies and technical solutions for multi-tiered systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to deliver products against plans in fast-paced, multi-disciplined environments.
  • Able to distill complex data and articulate rationale for making informed decisions.
  • Additional certifications, such as PMP designation from PMI, or experience as Scrum Master using Agile methodology, are considered assets.
