At Autodesk, we're on a mission to empower creators and innovators to bring their ideas to life. Our Entertainment & Media Solutions (EMS) team is at the forefront of this mission, driving the development of cutting-edge technologies that enable the creation of immersive digital experiences.

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead the execution of end-to-end programs for our media and entertainment customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving cross-team collaboration, aligning stakeholder expectations, and delivering complex technical solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering leadership, product management, and design teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and drive program execution
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and procedures

• Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical program management capacity or similar role
  • Experience leading end-to-end programs with high accountability
  • Experience working directly with software development teams on complex initiatives involving multiple teams and in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems, cloud services, and/or cloud platforms
  • Experience managing different company stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, product managers, and designers
  • Ability to impart a sense of urgency, zeal for process, and operational excellence
