About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Operations Manager to join our team at Interac Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of projects, new products, and new functionality from Build into Operate state.

This is a challenging opportunity for an IT professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the transition are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT service delivery operations. They will also have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and enforcing Enterprise Operational Readiness requirements
  • Facilitating and reviewing project artifacts, ensuring adherence to established standards throughout the Operational Readiness process
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders, managing risks, providing training, evaluating tools, designing workflows for operating models, and supporting continual improvement initiatives
  • Leveraging technical experience and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project implementation and enhanced customer experience

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT service delivery operations
  • You have strong technical knowledge of computer architectures, cloud technologies (private, public, hybrid), and payment systems, including infrastructure, application operations, gateways, processing protocols, and compliance requirements
  • You have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently and prioritize effectively
  • You are a team player with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
