Job Title: Associate Director, Research and Investigations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Business Intelligence and Compliance team, you will be responsible for leading complex investigative projects, managing teams of researchers, and developing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute high-level investigative projects, utilizing proprietary databases, online public records, and open sources to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Lead teams of researchers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate intelligence, investigations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian public records, media and litigation databases, and online search tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify key findings, and present results to clients in a clear and concise manner.
