Job Title: Associate Director, Research and Investigations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Business Intelligence and Investigations team, you will be responsible for leading complex research projects, managing teams of researchers, and developing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-level investigative projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Oversee teams of researchers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform our research and business development efforts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate intelligence, research, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading complex research projects and managing teams of researchers
  • Strong business development skills, with a focus on expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
