Occupational Therapist II, Acute Rehab Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist II to join our team in Acute Rehabilitation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in our acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote patient independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Baccalaureate in Occupational Therapy and licensure with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
- Two years of recent related experience, including one year in pediatrics or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
- 50 hours of post-graduate coursework or training related to additional procedures, techniques, and job functions for assigned area.
