About the Job

Pacific Coast Recovery Care Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities will include coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and providing customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
