Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Pharma Business Unit in Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the region.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
