At HR Immigration Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages, as well as compiling data, statistics, and other information. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences

* Compile data, statistics, and other information
