Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and excess stock.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and services meet our high quality control standards.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customers' complaints and concerns.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant performance, including sales, profits, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Location: On-site at our restaurant location.
- Language: English.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
