The Role

We are seeking a responsive and problem-solving Sales Administrator to join our team in Vernon, BC. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide dedicated support to our team of Mobility & Accessibility Consultants and assist them in delivering outstanding customer experiences to our valued clients, families, and community healthcare practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, communicating with empathy and urgency to respond to client needs.
  • Manage external and internal communications, building relationships with the sales, purchasing, service, and administrative teams.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, and improve business processes to meet growing market demands.
  • Coordinate and prioritize sales leads, compiling data and setting up meetings.
  • Receive and process orders, maintaining client, rental, and inventory information using our Navision software.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role, with a focus on deadline-driven tasks and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and compassion.
