Position Overview:

PRT Growing Services Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time, permanent Contract and Sales Administrator (CSA) to deliver outstanding service and administrative assistance to our clientele, Customer Support Representatives (CSR), and Nursery Personnel. The CSA will manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, oversee order details in specialized software systems, handle extensive data entry, prepare customer agreements, and manage invoicing along with various reporting tasks.

Team Dynamics:

The Contract and Sales Administrator will report directly to the CSA Supervisor. This role offers flexibility in location, with a preference for candidates who can operate from various PRT sites.

Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting a dynamic and geographically diverse sales or project team
  • In-depth knowledge of forestry, silviculture, and forest seedling cultivation
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Proven experience in managing customer contracts and interpreting complex information
  • Solid understanding of accounting processes related to customer accounts, including accounts receivable, credit/collections, and revenue recognition
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and self-motivation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Aptitude for data analysis, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and adhering to corporate compliance and policies
  • A mature, forward-thinking, and professional demeanor
