Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with a focus on providing exceptional administrative support to our organization.

The successful candidate will have experience in office management, with a proven track record of establishing efficient procedures, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our organizational standards;
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including supplies, equipment, and facilities;
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Windows, and other relevant software;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
