Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team at Travelbhai Canada Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

  • They will also be responsible for coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Supervision: Oversee administrative activities, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage administrative staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Control: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skillset: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, and organizational abilities
