We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join Alberta Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of our organization, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to support staff, establishing priorities, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance as needed
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting and inventory control
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining financial controls
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations

This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will also have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The work term is permanent, and the language required for this job is English.
