About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will play a critical role in unlocking the potential of our projects and driving transformative impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Organizational Development & Collaborative Manager in providing consulting advice and support on organization development, team chartering, and collaborative culture embedding.
  • Develop and deliver collaborative behaviors 12-month plans, high performing teams materials, and organizational development management plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and make necessary amendments, including the exclusion of deliverables if required.
  • Support the delivery of annual service plans and perform additional duties as deemed necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on identifying gaps in organizational structures and providing solutions.
  • Proficient scope writing capability and excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to present to large groups and promote project objectives.
  • Experience of collaborative projects and agreements, with a Bachelor's degree in communication or education or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management or Professional business qualification is necessary.
