About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the potential of our projects and driving transformative impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Development & Collaborative Manager to provide consulting advice and support on organization development, team chartering, and leadership development.
  • Assist in developing and delivering collaborative behaviors 12-month plans, high performing teams materials, and organizational development management plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and make necessary amendments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the deliverables and key activities during the annual service plan.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on identifying gaps in organizational structures and providing solutions to resolve them.
  • Proficient scope writing capability and excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to present to large groups and promote project objectives and rhetoric.
  • Experience of collaborative projects and agreements, with a Bachelor's degree in communication or education or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management or Professional business qualification is necessary.
