Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

You will respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers, consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.

You will also provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

Additionally, you will participate in the redesign of applications and other software, provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.

You will set up equipment for employee use, perform or ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software, and perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
