We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Canadian Petroleum Center Inc.
Job Summary:The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
