We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at E-NET SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using technical manuals, guides, and other resources
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Working Conditions
