About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Record Keeping: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, reliable, and ability to multitask.
