About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BC Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data, statistics, and other information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, reliable, and ability to multitask.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
