Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Amani Travel Health Clinics. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the medical team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the medical team.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
