Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, providing ongoing training and coaching, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to sales representatives to improve their skills and customer service abilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Adhere to store-level budgets and manage expenses, labor costs, and financial performance
