About the Role:

The Mobile Shop is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless and mobile devices, including sales strategies and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
